Welcome to CampZilla 2025

  • Do you offer 1:1 Support? 
    We do our best to accommodate each camper to ensure they have a great camp experience. However, our staffing structure does not allow for one-on-one support. If your child has an Educational Assistant (EA) at school to help with behavior management, they will need to attend camp with a qualified support person. Additionally, all campers must be independent in the washroom, as our staff are not permitted to provide assistance. Parents or guardians are responsible for making any necessary support arrangements. It is essential to provide full disclosure on your registration form at the time of registration. Failure to do so may result in the camper being removed from the program without a refund or credit.
  • Do you offer half-day/ Part time days?
    No, Campzilla does not offer half day/ drop in camp days. While you are welcome to bring your kids less than 5 days per week, or pick them up early, there will be no discounted rate for this.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    CANCELLATION POLICY Camp fees refunded less $50.00 per person, per week if cancelled more than 14 days before the first day of camp. Camp fees credited less $100.00 per person, per week if cancelled less than 14 days prior and before the first day of camp. Credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Camp fees are non-refundable once camp has started. No refund/credit for missed days regardless of the reason (sickness, quarantine, weather, disciplinary action).
  • Who will be mentoring my kids?
    All of our camp counselors have been trained, police Vulnerable Sector Checked, First-Aid and CPR-C certified, and are ready to lead your campers in an unforgettable week!
  • Do you have a Lost & Found?
    Yes, we do have a Lost & Found, however, it is your responsibility to check it for your child's lost items, and we will not be responsible if your items go missing during camp. This is why we encourage you to label all of your camper's belongings.
  • What are the age requirements for camp?
    To attend camp, children must be turning 5 by December 31, 2025 AND have completed JK. While camp is intended for children up to age 10, older children are welcome, should you think they will be captivated by the program.
  • How much does Campzilla Cost?
    For a 5 day week, regular camp is $299 plus HST . For a 4 day week (August 5-9), camp is $249 plus HST. Each week has extended care available for $30 plus HST ($24 plus HST for August 5-9). For one single day of camp, the cost is $65.00 plus HST. And extended care is available for $7.00 plus HST per day. All registration fees include pizza ON FRIDAYS.
  • What is the ENDLESS SUMMER pass?
    The ENDLESS SUMMER pass will be given to your child at pick up on the Friday of their camp week. This pass will entitle the child named on the card, plus one adult to visit any of our FUNZILLA/IMAGINASIUM locations an unlimited number of times from the day they receive it until August 31, 2025
  • Do you accept subsidy?
    We are not a licensed daycare in Ontario, and therefore are unable to accept subsidy for our day camp.
  • Is your location Air Conditioned? 
    Yes, All Funzilla locations are equipped with air conditioning.
  • Can I come early to setup?
    Absolutely. You can come 15min early to setup (No Earlier). Our staff can help you bring stuff into the facility and help set you up in the party room. If you need more setup time we recommend that you book two party slots back to back to avoid disappointment.
  • What is Funzilla Fair Play Promise?
    You do not need an accurate guest count when making a booking. The online booking tool is provide you with the worst case estimate for the cost. At the time of the booking, you can put in an expected number. You will be charged for the number of guests that actually show up at the event beyond what the base package includes.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    No. It is not.
  • Do adults need socks and waiver?
    Yes and Yes.
  • How do I know a date and time is available?
    Please click on Book Now and follow the steps. It will show you what is available.
  • Can my party be cancelled by Funzilla Ancaster?
    Yes. If there is a guest (Adult or Child) that is unruly and disrespectful towards the facility or staff, your party maybe cancelled without a refund.
  • How about food?
    You can order food through us (recommended), please check out our food menu for options, you can still bring your own items as you see fit. The foods that are not allowed include anything that is not school safe, no nuts, no ice cream or ice cream cake, no open drinks, no popcorn, no gravies,no cheetos, and no foods that can make a mess. Cake, Pizza, Veggie Platter, Fruit Platter are all good. Deliveries to the facility are permitted for anyone who has booked an event.
  • I see there is a 5:30pm-7:30pm timeslot but you close earlier?
    The hours of operation are for Walk-In/Drop-In customers.
  • What is Stay and Play Policy?
    At the moment, there is no time limit for guests. You have the party room for 2 hours afterwards we need the room to prepare for the next party but your guests can leave at their convenience. The only exception is if we have a private event after your party or we are exceeding the facility capacity. Please Note: We are not responsible for informing you about an early closure.
  • Do kids under 12 months count?
    No. 0-11 months old kids do not count towards the party count.
  • Can I bring outside food?
    There is food available to purchase at the facility. Guests are welcome to bring their own coffee/tea in closed-lid cups and snacks for drop-in play. Nut products are strictly prohibited to ensure a safe and allergy-friendly environment. All outside food must be reviewed and approved by staff upon arrival to ensure compliance with our safety guidelines.ake cutting and tabletop parties are not permitted unless you have a pre-booked event. You are welcome to step out, grab a bite and come back if you wish
  • What if I don’t want to disclose my personal information?
    We require personal information to identify who is responsible for the children and to ensure we can trace individuals in the event of an emergency or incident. This is also a requirement from our insurance provider.
  • Does the 10 Visit Pass Expire?
    No, it does not.
  • Can I use the 10 Visit Pass for Multiple Children?
    Yes, the 10 visit pass can be used for multiple children as you see fit.
  • What if I don’t want to wear or buy socks? Can I still enter the facility?
    If you prefer not to wear socks, you must wear shoe covers over your barefeet or shoes.
  • Do I need a reservation? / Can I make a reservation?
    No. You do not need a reservation. Drop-In play is first come, first serve only.
  • Why do I need to fill out a waiver?
    Filling out a waiver is a mandatory requirement from our insurance provider. For the safety and security of our guests, especially children, we need to track who is entering and exiting our facility, as we are a kids indoor playground.
  • Can I use my weekday monthly pass on weekends?
    No. Its is a weekday pass valid Monday to Friday. We recommend you purchase a 10 visit pass if you would like to save money on weekend visits otherwise regular admission fee will apply.
  • Do I need to wear socks if I just want to sit in the cafeteria?
    YES, everyone entering the facility, including those just sitting in the cafeteria, must wear socks. No shoes and No Barefeet.
  • I have an extra adult who will only be watching the kids. Do I still have to pay for them?
    Anyone entering the facility and occupying space then we will be charged based on the price list i.e. YES, you will need to pay for extra adults.
  • If one of my kids is just watching the other and not playing, do I still have to pay for both?
    Yes, all children entering the facility will be charged, regardless of whether they are playing or not.
